Every project is unique, so we always like to schedule an introduction call to meet and discuss in detail your unique needs and see if we are the right team for you. Then we’ll create a custom briefing note and quote unique to you and your project.
Excellent! The first step is to reach out through our client inquiry form. From there we’ll schedule your first consult with us where we’ll get to know each other, your business, your writing needs and make sure we’re the right team for you.
Most of the time, it’s a collaboration. It might skew toward us (generating blog topics for your approval), or toward you (if you’re that rare client with specific ideas). We’re more than happy to research and craft topics for you, and wrap the effort into our engagement. We also realize that some blogs require a client’s natural authority, thought leadership, and/or source material. In this case, we can fine-tune blog post titles from a general topic concept, or take your title and run with it.
Yes. We work to make payments as simple as possible for our clients. Most projects are paid in three installments, while bigger projects can be broken down into more payments. All payments are due before the completion of your project.
For all our services and projects, we work on a three-payment system. The initial deposit payment (⅓ of the total) is due before any work begins, another ⅓ of the total is due at the half-way point of the project and the final payment (the last ⅓ of the total) is due before any digital files, writing pieces or sites are launched. You have five business days after the initial agreed upon payment date to deposit the payment into the account specified.
The number one expectation we have for our clients is their investment in the project. Once we begin your project, we ask that you be sure that you are available and accessible for edits, revisions and feedback.
The short answer? You don’t. We can’t guarantee that we’ll deliver exactly what you imagined. That said, we will deliver the most engaging, brand-aligned, and actionable marketing copy we’ve got. If it’s not right on the first try, you get two rounds of edits.
